Specializing in theatre production, administration, and education we aim to relieve artists of the pressures of self-production by either producing for small companies and performers, or by providing the education and business tools to succeed as fulfilled, happy, and creative working professionals in London’s competitive market.

Meet Nicole
Founding Director Nicole Palomba is an American
MFA Graduate with Distinction from the East15 Class of 2017.
Nicole has extensive producing, casting, teaching, and performing experience around the world with a wide age range of students and performers. Nicole's passion for connecting artists and telling bold, culturally relevant, and humanely rooted stories by
international and non-mainstream voices led to the creation of
15° Degrees; a facilitation and education company for theatre professionals.

Committed to making London her base market, Nicole provides help for artists who either do not have the interest or time for the nitty-gritty, production side of the acting business, or who need further information and guidance about how to run a successful creative company.
